While the Democrats continue to obstruct any means of dealing with the border crisis, the mainstream media is working overtime. They have to hide the fact that the entire border situation was caused by Democrats under Obama, and they have to spin it into an attack on President Trump.
All the while, some new information has come to light that further proves the Mueller investigation was nothing more than a corrupt witch hunt. The latest evidence exists in the form of a mysterious transcript that supposedly changes everything. This is a bombshell.
Trey Gowdy
Some of you know this name, but some might be a little hazy. Gowdy is a prominent Republican and was a Congressman in the House of Representatives for South Carolina’s 4th District until this year. That means he was in office when the Trump investigation started. He famously bucked his party’s line and originally was in favor of Mueller’s work.
In a recent interview, he explained why he did a complete 180 on the topic. In an instant, he says he went from supporting the Mueller investigation to staunchly opposing it, and all of that came from a single piece of evidence.
According to Gowdy, he read an FBI transcript that completely reshaped the narrative of the entire Trump investigation. After reading it, he could no longer support the Mueller probe or any of the unlawful spying that was done to Donald Trump’s campaign and offices.
What We Do Know
Gowdy is making a huge claim right here. If such a transcript really exists, it could completely change everything we know about the witch hunt. Unfortunately, Gowdy tells us that this information is classified and not publicly available. On the plus side, he isn’t the only Republican talking about a mysterious and important transcript.
Obviously, there are some big holes in the story, but there are a few things we do know. For starters, everyone talking about the transcript claims that it involves George Papadopoulos.
If you’ve gotten lost in the quagmire that is the Russia probe, that’s understandable. This entire ordeal begins with Papadopoulos. He was working for Trump’s campaign in 2016. Allegedly, he met with foreign nationals who mentioned that Russia might be able to find and release missing Clinton emails. Whether or not this happened, no one is quite sure, but this was the basis for launching an FBI investigation against the Trump campaign in the first place.
That original FISA warrant that you’ve heard so much about was basically granted in order to see if Papadopoulos was working with foreign governments. The mysterious transcript supposedly reframes this part of the equation.
Supposedly, the transcript makes it clear that Papadopoulos refused to work with foreign entities. Had it been included in the FISA application, it likely would have been denied and no anti-Trump Russia investigation ever would have happened.
The Deep State
This is beyond huge. We now have multiple Republicans corroborating the existence of a transcript that nullifies any justification for the initial investigation that caused this Russia gate nonsense. The fact that every Democrat with the opportunity has flat-out refused to read the transcript is basically proof that the Republicans are right. We can at least be grateful that Democratic dishonesty is predictable.
What this really means is that there is a deep state and it has worked hard to go after President Trump by illegal means. It is a clear violation of law and procedure to withhold exculpatory information. The FISA warrant that launched everything wasn’t just based on opposition research bought and paid for by the Clinton campaign. It was also contingent on hiding key information.
From this starting point, openly biased and corrupt FBI officials investigated every aspect of President Trump’s life and career. They wasted valuable time, manipulated public opinion and potentially swayed the 2018 midterms. All of it only served to prove that our President did nothing wrong the whole time.
The hope now is that AG Barr’s investigation can bring this deep state to light and purge our justice system of this corruption. We can only hope that Barr can release some version of this transcript to the public and let all of America finally see the truth.
The Democrats have lied and cheated every step of the way. We have to hold their feet to the fire. They are in every way the greatest enemy to our nation right now.
