Obama Admin Official Leaked Fake Russian Dossier to Media

The firing of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe on the eve of his retirement is hopefully just the first treasonous domino to fall. The House Select Committee on Intelligence has concluded its 14-month investigation and found zero evidence of “Russian collusion” by anyone on the Trump campaign, but it did find plenty of Russian collusion from the Benedict Arnolds within the FBI, DOJ and Democrat Party.

One bombshell to come out of the final 150-page draft report from the Intelligence Committee was that Barack Obama’s Director of National Intelligence (DNI), James Clapper, was the individual who leaked the fake “Russian dossier” to the media. Losing a pension is one thing, but what we want to know is, “When do the handcuffs come out?”

We’ll get to Clapper in a moment, but first, it’s worth noting that Andrew McCabe’s firing was entirely justified and legal, and in no way politically motivated. DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz concluded that McCabe lied to investigators about his role in allowing FBI agents to leak selective information to the Wall Street Journal about the investigation of the Clinton Foundation’s pay-to-play scheme.

The leaked information conveniently made always made it seem as if there was nothing amiss at the Clinton Foundation. Doesn’t every non-profit organization receive $100 million donations from Saudi Arabia? Nothing to see here!

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) says the Intelligence Committee found no evidence at all that indicated any collusion between President Trump’s campaign and the Russian government. Jordan had plenty of scathing comments, however, for the collusion between FBI and DOJ officials with the Clinton campaign.

Jordan says, “They took an opposition research document and dressed it all up, made it look like legit intelligence and took it to the FISA court to get a warrant to spy on a fellow American citizen.” That fellow American citizen was Carter Page. Rep. Jordan and others who speak publicly about the FISA warrant are always careful in their language, due to national security reasons.

The truth of FISA warrants, however, is that once the FBI or another agency obtains the warrant, they are allowed to surveil up to two or three “hops” away from the individual named on the warrant. For example, if Carter Page spoke to Steve Bannon, and Bannon in turn spoke to Donald Trump, the FBI then has “legal permission” to surveil all of Donald Trump’s phone calls.

There is a near 100-percent certainty that President Trump and all of his campaign and family members were wiretapped by Obama’s team due to that FISA warrant. That is another bombshell that will come out eventually.

How else did the media and Never-Trumper Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) learn the word-for-word contents of President Trump’s inauguration-day private, confidential phone calls with the presidents of Mexico and Australia?

Rep. Jordan also points out that the Intelligence Committee definitively identified James Clapper as the individual who leaked the opposition research document — the fake Russian dossier — to Jake Tapper at CNN just before Donald Trump’s inauguration. On the way out the door, Obama’s DNI James Clapper felt that it was then necessary to lie and “verify” Hillary Clinton’s Russian dossier to Jake Tapper. (Mr. Tapper, of CNN, dated Monica Lewinsky after Bill Clinton was finished with her. If you can’t trust Jake Tapper’s news judgment, who can you trust!)

And why shouldn’t James Clapper lie? He’s gotten away with it, without any consequences, before!

Clapper appeared before the Senate Intelligence Committee in 2013. When Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) asked Clapper if the NSA was vacuuming up ALL phone calls and emails from every innocent, law-abiding citizen in America, Clapper emphatically stated, “No, sir.”

This was just a few weeks before Edward Snowden would reveal to the world that the US government was, in fact, vacuuming up all emails and phone calls from all US citizens (without a warrant) and storing them on the massive Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative Data Center in Utah.

Clapper lied under oath to a US Senate committee and did not receive so much as a letter of reprimand from his boss, let alone perjury charges from the Department of Justice.

This is yet another double standard that applies to ordinary citizens and conservative public servants, but which the Justice Department just cannot seem to find cause to prosecute when the accused is a Deep State Democrat. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was charged with lying to investigators in the early stages of the Russia-gate investigation. Andrew McCabe altered the FBI forms when no one was looking, which may be enough cause to have Flynn’s case thrown out of federal court, but why does Flynn have to go to all this trouble in the first place?

Flynn may have lied to an investigator and now he has had to pay tens of thousands of dollars in attorney fees, he lost his job, and his reputation and career are forever tarnished with an asterisk denoting this one incident.

James Clapper lied under oath on national television! You can watch Clapper tell the lie on YouTube (assuming that the Democrats at YouTube haven’t erased the video as “too dangerous” for Americans to see). Everyone knows he lied and yet no charges were ever brought against Clapper.

Hopefully that is about to change. Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired Andrew McCabe just before his official retirement. Had McCabe been allowed to retire, he would have been able to enjoy $1.9 million in retirement benefits from the American taxpayers (probably more, because federal pensions at that level are notoriously shrouded in secrecy).

Being forced to use the public golf course in retirement instead of a private country club is probably a punishment of sorts for a high-level bureaucrat like McCabe, but it is hardly justice. Where are the handcuffs for the damage McCabe and his cohorts like Clapper have done to America?

While we’re on this note, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team of 13 hardcore Hillary Clinton donors are still running amok and charging people with crimes, including associates or acquaintances of President Trump.

When will the arrests of the corrupt high-level officials at the FBI, the Department of Justice and other Deep State operatives be charged?

What is Attorney General Jeff Sessions waiting for?

The cries for a new Special Counsel from the American people and from Republican Members of Congress are nearly deafening. How much longer must we wait for justice, Mr. Sessions?
