FBI Investigates Trump, Finds Dirt on the Podesta Brothers

At long last, the Podesta Group, the lobbying firm owned by the Democratic lobbyist Tony Podesta, the brother of John Podesta, is being investigated by the FBI. Co-founded by John Podesta, the Podesta Group has deep ties to the Clinton Foundation, a verifiably criminal enterprise which may be the most extensive crime network in Washington. The bad news is the investigation is being led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. The investigation developed from a probe by Mueller looking into the finances of Trump campaign finance manager, Paul Manafort.

What’s amusing about this is the fact that we have yet another example of Democrats attempting to find dirt on Trump and seemingly unintentionally finding evidence of corruption within their own party. It is especially ironic that the FBI aggressively investigated Manafort, bursting into his home, confiscating all of his computers and files only to later be forced into investigating the Podestas over what it was that they found. Now, Mueller is forced to closely examine the Podesta Group which ran a lobbying effort between 2012 and 2014.

The main sticking point for the Podestas is the fact that they were making deals that would affect the election process in the Ukraine and they were doing so without the proper licensing and authorization. That is to say, they were colluding with Russians to influence the result of an election.

If there’s one thing you can be sure of, it’s that anything Democrats accuse Donald Trump of doing, they are probably guilty of themselves.

You may have noticed that in recent weeks, Democrats have almost completely backed off any public commentary on what they used to call the Russian hacking scandal. They walked it back to collusion with Russia. Then they walked it back to Russian hacking, and now they barely mention it at all. It started with the Project Veritas expose of CNN admitting that the Russian scandal is a “nothingburger.” This is a standard tactic of the left when they know they are wrong. They do not admit they made a mistake- they just slowly walk their claims back until they think everyone has forgotten.

But the Democrats are not going to be able to walk this one back and get away with it because so much has come to light in recent weeks. Recent reports show Russian nuclear industry officials kicked back millions upon millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation during Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State. Clinton helped approve the Uranium One deal which gave Moscow and Vladamir Putin control of 20% of American uranium- the key component of nuclear weapons.

You can bet that when Hillary’s interest in a nuclear war with Russia is properly tied to these deals- she will be raked over the coals as a traitor of the highest order. But the real story here is the fact that there is so much underhanded dealing going on in the Democratic party that they cannot make a move without disrupting one of their own plots.

A spokesman for the Podesta Group told NBC recently, “[We are] cooperating fully with the Special Counsel’s office and has taken every possible step to provide documentation that confirms timely compliance. In all of our client engagements, the Podesta Group conducts due diligence and consults with appropriate legal experts to ensure compliance with disclosure regulations at all times — and we did so in this case.”

White House visitor logs reveal that Tony Podesta visited Clinton 114 times during the Obama administration. He has given “special access” to the Obama presidential team by his brother, John Podesta. In a 2015 interview with Fareed Zakaria of CNN, Obama admitted that he and his administration had made a deal which secured the Ukrainian coup which took place in 2014.

Now, connections between Clinton, Podesta, and Russia are receiving much-needed light, as Mueller’s misguided probe into the Trump campaign leaves his intended targets smelling like roses.

Podesta’s work was a key component of the secret lobbying done during the 2016 presidential campaign led by Democrats to remove sanctions on Russia’s second largest bank.

In 2016, two Russian banks spent over $700,000 on Washington lobbyists seeking to end the U.S. sanctions, according to the Department of Justice.

The Podesta Group charged the Russian bank $20,000 each month, not including expenses, on a deal from March through September 2016 according to the Daily Caller
